A UAV Christmas Story

‘Twas the night before Christmas at the North Pole,
And all of Santa’s elves were on a roll.

The reindeer were ready and the presents were wrapped
With all sorts of goodies in Santa’s sack.

Santa’s list had been checked, once and then twice,
With everyone gathered out on the ice.

With glee Santa said, “I have an announcement!”
And he issued an unexpected pronouncement:

“We’re trying something new this Christmas Eve.
My delivery drone is almost ready to leave!”

And there in the snow, all shiny and new,
Was an unmanned sleigh – stuffed with presents, too!

The reindeer, and elves, and, of course, Mrs. Claus
Gathered around with “oohs” and “ahhs.”

Rudolph and Comet, Donner and Blitzen,
Admired the drone with Prancer and Vixen.

“But how do you know where it’s safe to fly?”
“With AirMap!” said Santa, a twinkle in his eye.

With a tap on the app, he checked the rules,
Easy as mince pie with AirMap’s tools.

He showed the elves how to create a flight,
Submit a digital notice, and do everything right.

A Christmas treat, they all agreed.
Flying with AirMap was just what they’d need!

Santa finished his pre-flight and prepared to take off,
then gave a final pat on the nose to Rudolph.

As the drone took flight, filled with good cheer,
All shouted “Merry Christmas, far and near!”

So folks, before your Christmas Eve nap,
Make sure to visit the AirMap app!

Just go to santa.airmap.com,
To watch Santa’s drone flight all night long.

Santa uses the AirMap platform to learn more about where it is safe to fly – and where his flight needs special authorization to fly at night. Like Santa, be sure to check the rules before you fly, and always operate your drone responsibly.

Happy holidays from AirMap!
