ProSight enables FPV racing pilots and fans to experience unprecedented level of image quality at affordable price

Amimon, the developer of CONNEX™ latency-free wireless HD video transmission technology, today unveiled its CONNEX ProSight HD Vision Kit, the first all-digital, HD solution specifically designed for the fast-growing first-person view (FPV) drone racing market. The product – consisting of a combination of a real-time HD camera, transmitter and receiver, all based on proven technology from CONNEX – marks a new era in the performance, image quality and usability available for both drone pilots and spectators of the emerging sport. A supporting family of iOS and Android apps simplifies and enhances the flying experience for users and extends it to the world of social media.

“This is the equivalent of moving from fuzzy, unreliable and limited analog TV to mind-blowing HD digital broadcasting. For FPV drone racing, every millisecond and image detail matters and the ProSight solution takes the flying experience to a whole different level. By combining HD quality, latency-free transmission and unencumbered digital connectivity, we are enabling a new level of immersive experience and precision vision that truly revolutionizes the sport,” said Ram Ofir, CEO of Amimon.

The ProSight solution addresses head on issues that have plagued first generation analog FPV products, including unclear images, and jammed frequencies caused by multiple simultaneous users. As a result, the ProSight digital system dramatically improves the flying experience.Key features of the CONNEX ProSight
